I’m a degree-qualified engineer and former senior director in a major, global consultancy.
I have over twenty-five years experience in business development, strategic planning and project delivery. I've worked in multiple, complex and demanding, technical sectors.
Sitting in both the boardroom and the delivery team taught me a vital lesson: winning a contract is only half the battle. True success lies in having the operational systems and team alignment to deliver it profitably.
